Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan), Sept. 1 -- Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on Tuesday said that Iran would "immediately reciprocate" if the United States returned to its commitments under a 14-point Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), while accusing Washington of reneging on the agreement less than two weeks after it was signed.
Addressing the 26th Summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) in Bishkek, Pezeshkian said Iran had a "brilliant record" of fulfilling its international obligations and treaties. He warned that unilateralism, military force, unlawful sanctions and geopolitical rivalry were undermining regional and global stability.
