Tehran, March 23 -- Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has told Russian Foreign minister Sergey Lavrov that Tehran will respond quickly and decisively if the US implements plans to attack energy infrastructure, the Iranian Foreign Ministry said on Monday.
