New Delhi, July 26 -- India's primary market is poised for another busy phase, with more than a dozen companies preparing to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs) over the coming month in what could collectively be one of the largest fundraising pipelines of the year.

The upcoming public issues are expected to mobilise over Rs 25,000 crore, with companies from quick commerce, housing finance, logistics, education, dairy and financial services looking to tap investor interest through a combination of fresh equity issuance and offer-for-sale (OFS) components.

Among the biggest planned offerings is Zepto, which has proposed a fresh issue of up to Rs 8,010 crore, in addition to an OFS of up to 11.34 crore equity shares.
