New Delhi, Oct. 30 -- Delhi Legislative Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta on Friday called upon public servants to make integrity, honesty and accountability an integral part of their professional conduct, stressing that ethical governance must stem from individual conscience rather than merely external checks and accountability mechanisms.
