Thiruvananthapuram, Sept. 6 -- Kerala's efforts to usher in a second wave of Global Capability Centres (GCCs) have received a strong endorsement from industry leaders, who identified proactive governance, a readily available talent pool, low attrition, cost competitiveness and quality of life as key advantages that could position the state as a major GCC destination.
The views were expressed at a domain-focused session on 'The Next Wave of GCC Growth: Why Kerala. Why Now' held as part of the second edition of Economic Times GCC World SURGE, described as India's largest residential GCC summit, at Kovalam on Saturday.
