Ranchi, April 15 -- The Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FJCCI) and Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra have agreed to collaborate to promote skill development, innovation and industry-academia linkage.
The understanding aims to strengthen coordination between industry and educational institutions, enhance employability of students and encourage applied research, officials said.
Under the proposed collaboration, both sides will jointly organise training, development and consultancy programmes, along with knowledge-sharing initiatives.
FJCCI president Aditya Malhotra said the partnership would help students gain practical exposure and industry-relevant skills, preparing them for future challenges.
