Amstelveen, Aug. 26 -- The Indian women's hockey team will look to sign off Hockey World Cup on a winning note, when they come face to face with Germany in the play off match for the 5th-6th position on Thursday.
If India wins on the morrow and finish fifth, it will be the best ever finish since the historic fourth-place finish at the inaugural edition in 1974 - underlining Indian women hockey's progress on the global stage.
