Mumbai, March 20 -- India's Anahat Singh, Abhay Singh and Joshna Chinnappa have made it to the quarterfinals of the Indian Open 2026 squash tournament by winning their respective matches.

Reigning women's champion and top seed Anahat Singh defeated Egypt's Farida Walid in straight games to advance to the top eight at the CCI Brabourne Stadium on Thursday. The 17-year-old Indian squash player dominated the match throughout, winning 3-0.

Tanvi Khanna impressed everyone with her calm and confident win against Egypt's Nour Khafagi. Khafagi gave a tough fight in every game, yet Khanna maintained his composure at crucial moments and won the contest 3-0.
