New Delhi, July 11 -- The Indian Army's Fire & Fury Corps on Saturday conducted an Inter Formation Drone Proficiency Competition under realistic operational conditions in the challenging high-altitude terrain of Ladakh, showcasing the growing integration of unmanned aerial systems into modern battlefield operations.
The competition witnessed participating teams demonstrate advanced skills in operating a range of drone platforms, including Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) fixed-wing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and quadcopters, for surveillance, reconnaissance and operational missions.
