Lidingo (Sweden), Feb. 26 -- India women's national under-20 football team played out a 1-1 draw against Swedish club Enskede IK Dam in a friendly at the Boson National Sports Centre in Lidingo, Sweden on Wednesday night.
Sibani Devi Nongmeikapam gave India the lead in the 44th minute, but Enskede IK Dam struck late to equalise in the 88th minute and deny the visitors a second successive win on their exposure tour, as per the All India Football Federation (AIFF).
Head coach Joakim Alexandersson made eight changes to the starting XI from the previous match, where the Young Tigresses had defeated Taby FK 4-0. India had earlier gone down 0-6 against Hammarby IF in their opening friendly.
