New Delhi, Oct. 9 -- India has strongly criticised the US Department of Labor's decision to suspend Indian IT giants like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCLTech, from the Permanent Labor Certification (PERM) programme, stating that the move "does not advance the shared ambitions of both countries". India has also termed as "deeply offensive" US Vice President JD Vance's reference to foreign workers as "foreign indentured servants".
