Hyderabad, Oct. 9 -- India Post is strengthening its digital services and financial inclusion initiatives in Telangana, disbursing around Rs. 500 crore in monthly Cheyutha pensions to 20 lakh beneficiaries and operating 263 Aadhaar centres across the state, Telangana Circle Chief Postmaster General D.S.V.R. Murthy said on Friday.
Telangana Postal Circle recorded revenue of Rs. 596.71 crore in 2025-26 against a target of Rs. 661.88 crore, while revenue during the current financial year stood at Rs. 322.28 crore up to September 2026, he said.
