Patna, Aug. 31 -- Former diplomat and author TCA Raghavan today said that India must maintain a firm stand against terrorism while pursuing long-term dialogue and engagement with neighbouring countries amid rapidly changing geopolitical equations in South Asia.
Delivering the first lecture of the 'Pataliputra Pragya Pravah' series at Bihar Lok Bhavan on "The Mecca Accord, Pakistan and the Future of India-Pakistan Relations", Raghavan said New Delhi needs a practical and balanced approach rather than one driven by emotions while framing its long-term strategy.
