Kolhapur, June 20 -- union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday delivered a sharp political attack on the Congress, accusing it of fostering "vote bank politics" by sheltering infiltrators, and declaring in strong terms that India will not allow any illegal entrant to remain in the country.

"No infiltrator will be allowed to stay in the country, as India's security is of utmost importance and only those born in India have the right to remain here," he said.
