Bengaluru, May 21 -- India's corporate artificial intelligence (AI) push is showing signs of strain as enterprises race to deploy pilot projects but struggle to convert them into scalable, production-grade outcomes, highlighting a widening execution gap in the country's digital transformation journey, industry leaders said on Thursday.
Experts warned that while AI adoption is accelerating across business functions, many organisations are still operating at an experimental stage without clear evidence of productivity gains or business impact.
