New Delhi, April 13 -- The India-flagged LPG vessel Jag Vikram, carrying around 20,400 metric tonnes of LPG, has safely crossed the Strait of Hormuz and is expected to reach Kandla port on April 14, even as the Centre today outlined a series of measures to ensure energy security and economic stability amid the ongoing West Asia crisis.

At an inter-ministerial briefing held at the National Media Centre, senior officials said India's fuel supply chain remains stable despite global uncertainties, with domestic LPG deliveries continuing without disruption and retail fuel outlets operating normally across the country.
