Thiruvananthapuram, Sept. 17 -- India can deepen dialogue, trade and cooperation with China, but must maintain stringent safeguards for critical infrastructure and strategically sensitive technologies, particularly as cyberspace has emerged as a new domain of strategic competition, cybersecurity expert K S Manoj said.
Manoj, an engineering physicist and industrial cybersecurity specialist, said India's experience from the 1962 war and the Doklam and Galwan confrontations to reported cyber activity targeting Indian power-sector organisations showed the need for continuous strategic vigilance alongside diplomatic engagement.
