Hyderabad, April 10 -- union Minister for New and Renewable Energy Pralhad Joshi on Friday said India is making significant strides towards a climate-responsible future, with renewable energy capacity expanding at an unprecedented pace.

Addressing the 2nd edition of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) Net Zero Forum via video message, he stressed that the transition to non-fossil-fuel energy is no longer optional but a fundamental necessity for sustainable growth.
