New Delhi, May 22 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday held wide-ranging bilateral talks with Cyprus President Nikos Christodoulides at Hyderabad House in New Delhi, with the two leaders agreeing to elevate India-Cyprus relations to the level of a strategic partnership while reaffirming their commitment to democracy, sovereignty, and global peace.
