New Delhi, Sept. 3 -- India and Belgium on Thursday significantly widened the strategic scope of their bilateral partnership, signing key agreements on renewable energy and committing to deeper cooperation in critical minerals, semiconductors, defence and clean technologies, as Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Belgian Prime Minister Bart De Wever also backed diplomatic efforts to end the wars in Ukraine and West Asia.
The agreements were announced after Modi and De Wever held extensive bilateral talks at Hyderabad House in New Delhi, followed by the exchange of key memoranda of understanding and a joint press briefing.
