Hyderabad, June 29 -- Managed workspace provider Incuspaze has raised Rs150 crore in a funding round led by Bharat Value Fund and other financial institutions to accelerate expansion, strengthen technology capabilities, pursue acquisitions and prepare for its proposed initial public offering (IPO).
The fresh capital would be utilised to expand its footprint across key commercial markets, invest in technology, strengthen its presence in strategic locations and support future acquisitions, the company said in a release on Monday.
The fundraise comes shortly after Incuspaze acquired managed workspace operator iKeva, which has a strong presence in Hyderabad.
