New Delhi, July 28 -- The inaugural edition of the European T20 Premier League (ETPL) will begin on August 26, with Rotterdam Dockers taking on Amsterdam Flames in the tournament opener at the Voorburg Cricket Club in the Netherlands.
The six-team competition will run for 26 days across two venues, Voorburg and Malahide in Ireland before concluding with the final on September 20.
The league stage will feature 30 matches in a double round-robin format, with each team playing the other five sides twice.
The team finishing at the top of the table will qualify directly for the final, while the second and third-placed teams will meet in the Qualifier to decide the other finalist.
