Jammu, Sept. 22 -- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha on Tuesday highlighted global concerns about Artificial Intellufence's accelerating power, citing experts.
"AI, as a "quadruple-use" technology, could operate independently, producing both beneficial and harmful outcomes," said Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha in his address after inaugurating a series of new facilities here at the University of Jammu.
Stressing that technology must remain humanity's servant, he declared that decisions affecting human dignity, livelihood, health, and freedom must always be made by accountable humans, not machines.
