Agartala, May 30 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast a week-long spell of light to moderate rain and thundershowers in a few places of Tripura, accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning, while advising the residents to remain alert.
Mid-Day Weather Bulletin, today, predicts that light to moderate rain or thundershowers are very likely to occur at a few places across Tripura from May 30 to June 4.
During this period, thunderstorms accompanied by lightning are expected at one or two places in the state every day.
