New Delhi, May 24 -- union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has directed technical experts from Indian Institute of Technology Madras and Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur to assist the Central Board of Secondary Education in addressing technical difficulties affecting its post-result services portal.
The move comes in response to complaints from students and parents regarding glitches encountered while applying for post-examination services, including requests for scanned copies of evaluated answer books and re-evaluation.
