Dhanbad, June 9 -- IIT (ISM) Dhanbad organised a technical visit to the CSIR-Central Institute of Mining and Fuel Research (CIMFR) for around 70 trainees enrolled in the Assistant Mine Surveyor Skill Development Programme under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) 4.0.
The programme is being conducted by the Department of Mining Engineering under the aegis of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and the National Skill Development Corporation to enhance industry-relevant skills and employability in the mining sector.
