New Delhi, March 19 -- On the third day of the 5th PSPB Baba Deep Singh Hockey (Men's and Women's) Tournament, Shyam Lal College and the Indira Gandhi Institute of Physical Education and Sports Sciences (IGIPESS) registered resounding victories in the men's category.
