Bengaluru, Aug. 20 -- The India Basketball League's (IBL) biggest statement of intent may not be a player signing or a franchise announcement, but a high-performance centre that its CEO Jake Lush McCrum says has attracted investment exceeding that of many Indian Premier League (IPL) teams in their own high-performance facilities.
