Hyderabad, June 13 -- Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday called upon newly commissioned Indian Air Force officers to remain vigilant and adapt to the rapidly evolving nature of warfare, asserting that future conflicts would be shaped by advanced technologies such as drones, satellites, sensors, robotics and cyber systems.
Reviewing the Combined Graduation Parade of the 217th Course at the Air Force Academy (AFA), Dundigal, Singh said modern warfare has moved beyond conventional battlefields where the enemy and weapons are visible.
He urged the graduating officers to understand, adopt and innovate futuristic warfare systems and strategies to gain a decisive edge in future conflicts.
