Hyderabad, Aug. 19 -- Residential property registrations in Hyderabad rose 11 per cent month-on-month (MoM) in July 2026 to 6,166 units, indicating a stabilisation in the market following fluctuations in the previous two months, according to Knight Frank India's latest assessment report released on Wednesday .
The registrations were marginally higher by 1 per cent year-on-year (YoY).
In terms of value, residential properties worth Rs 4,447 crore were registered during July, registering a 7 per cent increase both YoY and MoM, the report revealed.
