Hyderabad, July 13 -- Hyderabad Police seized hash oil worth over Rs 3.12 crore in two separate anti-narcotics operations and arrested seven persons, including alleged peddlers and consumers, Commissioner of Police C V Anand said on Monday.

In the larger seizure, the Commissioner's Task Force (Jubilee Hills Zone) and Borabanda police arrested two persons and seized 23.706 litres of hash oil worth an estimated Rs 2.96 crore near at Erragadda in the city on the night of July 12, Anand said at a press conference here.

The arrested persons were identified as Lasangi Yakobu alias Venkat (29) and Yendrapalli Suri Babu (32), both natives of Alluri Sitarama Raju district in Andhra Pradesh, he said.
