Lahore, April 16 -- Hyderabad Kingsmen recorded their third straight victory with a five-wicket win over Rawalpindiz to move into the play-off spots in the Pakistan Super League.

Chasing 122, Hyderabad slipped to 29-3 and 69-5 - including the key dismissals of Marnus Labuschagne (32 off 21) and Glenn Maxwell for a first-ball duck.

However, Sri Lanka's Kusal Perera and Irfan Khan Niazi put on an unbroken 54 in 43 balls to get Hyderabad over the line with 21 balls to spare, according to BBC sport.

Earlier, Rawalpindiz, who have lost all six of their matches in their debut PSL campaign, were reduced to 121-9, with England's Sam Billings top-scoring with 26.
