Tirumala, June 25 -- Rachana Television, Hyderabad, has donated Rs.16 lakhs to the Sri Balaji Arogya Varaprasadini Scheme(SVIMS) of TTD for providing medical assistance to the needy.
Under the Scheme allows devotees to fund free, cutting-edge medical treatments for the poor and disabled at the Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS) .
The representatives of the organization handed over the DD for Rs.16 lakhs to TTD Additional Executive Officer Ch Venkaiah Chowdary at his Camp Office in Tirumala on Thursday.
