Hyderabad, April 9 -- Telangana Jagruthi President and former BRS MP, K. Kavitha on Thursday termed the Women's Reservation Bill a "post-dated cheque" and accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led Centre of delaying its implementation through a deceptive framework.

Addressing the media here, Kavitha said while the introduction of the Bill was a milestone, linking its implementation to the delimitation process had denied women the benefit of reservation in the recent parliamentary elections and Assembly polls in 12 states.
