Hyderabad, Aug. 5 -- Telangana Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy on Wednesday directed officials to ensure that no genuine landholder or poor person faces injustice in matters related to lands listed under Section 22A of the Registration Act, while simultaneously protecting government properties.
The Minister said the State Government's objective is to safeguard the rights of eligible individuals and prevent illegal transactions involving government lands.
He clarified that after the Revanth Reddy-led government assumed office, not a single cent of land was newly added to the 22A prohibited list.
