Hyderabad, May 27 -- GITAM Deemed to be University, Hyderabad campus, on Wednesday announced introduction of the Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) from the academic year 2026-27, offering four-year dual-major undergraduate degrees - B.A. B.Ed. and B.Sc. B.Ed.under the framework of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
In a release, Dr Richa Sharma, Associate Professor and Head of the School of Education at the Hyderabad campus, said the programme is designed to integrate subject knowledge with professional pedagogical training immediately after Intermediate education.
