Hyderabad, Aug. 22 -- The historic Central Gurudwara Sahib Gowliguda is completing 100 years, with the centenary celebrations set to begin with a grand marathon in Hyderabad on Sunday.
The Centenary Marathon, themed "Run for Faith, Run for Sewa", will feature 3K, 5K and a Family Walkathon and is expected to draw around 5,000 participants from across Telangana.
The event will be flagged off at 5.45 am on August 23 from the HMDA Grounds near IMAX, Khairatabad.
The route will pass through People's Plaza and Necklace Road before returning to the HMDA Grounds.
The marathon is being organised by the Prabhandak Committee of Central Gurudwara Sahib Gowliguda in association with Sikh gurudwaras across Telangana as part of the centenary celebrati...
