Hyderabad, Oct. 11 -- The 'Atukula Bathukamma' celebrations were held in a traditional and festive atmosphere at Lalitha Kala Thoranam here on Sunday, the second day of the celebrations, under the aegis of the Telangana Tourism Department.
The floral festival, which symbolises Telangana's cultural heritage, women's empowerment and the bond between people and nature, witnessed enthusiastic participation and a variety of cultural programmes.
Kuchipudi dance performances by artistes captivated the audience, while traditional Dappu drum performances added to the festive spirit.
