Panchkula, Oct. 21 -- Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (HVPNL) has directed all pensioners and family pensioners to submit their life certificates in November for the 2026-27 financial year to ensure uninterrupted payment of monthly pensions.
In a memo, the Chief Accounts Officer said the annual requirement stems from the Haryana Civil Service (Pension) Rules, 2016, adopted by the Nigam, and its Board-approved finance manual. It is meant to ensure the pension reaches only living beneficiaries.
