Kangra, July 28 -- Himachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri on Monday offered prayers at the world-renowned Brajeshwari Temple in Kangra and prayed for the peace, prosperity, happiness and overall well-being of the people of the state.

The Deputy Chief Minister performed traditional rituals at the temple and sought the blessings of Goddess Brajeshwari for the continued development and welfare of Himachal Pradesh.

Temple priests welcomed Agnihotri with Vedic chants and conducted the religious ceremonies as per tradition. He offered obeisance at the shrine and prayed for lasting peace, harmony and prosperity across the state.
