Hamirpur, Oct. 3 -- Former Himachal Chief Minister and Leader of the Opposition, Jairam Thakur, today launched a scathing attack on the Sukhu government over its decisions repeatedly being declared unconstitutional by the courts.
During a party function at Mahare, he questioned why the government faces repeated embarrassment in court despite the Chief Minister claiming to be an expert and scholar of the law, and despite having a circle of friends and an army of advisors.
