Hamirpur (HP), Aug. 16 -- Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has announced that employees under the National Health Mission (NHM) who have completed seven years of service would receive revised pay scales with effect from April 1.

Additionally, revised monthly salaries-Rs25,000 for outsourced staff nurses and paramedical staff (including lab technicians, pharmacists, and operation theatre technicians) and Rs18,000 for data entry operators-will be implemented starting in September.

The government would also implement a new health insurance policy, providing health insurance cover of Rs10 lakh to poor families.
