Shimla/ New Delhi, April 2 -- The union Government has informed Parliament that Himachal Pradesh's Panchrukhi railway station is equipped with essential passenger amenities, even as further upgradation works have already been sanctioned.
Responding to an unstarred question raised by BJP MP Rajiv Bhardwaj in the Lok Sabha, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw stated that the station currently has facilities such as a high-level platform, platform shelters, waiting hall, drinking water arrangements, toilets, and seating provisions. Panchrukhi railway station is located in Kangra.
