Dharamshala, June 1 -- Dr. Rajendra Prasad Government Medical College (DRPGMC), Tanda, today observed World No Tobacco Day (WNTD) 2026 in the Psychiatry OPD of the Centre of Excellence in Mental Health, highlighting the theme, "Unmasking the Appeal: Countering Tobacco and Nicotine Addiction."Addressing the gathering, Principal Dr. Milap Sharma stressed the harmful effects of tobacco and appealed to students and the public to stay away from tobacco products. He also administered a "Say No to Tobacco" pledge to faculty members, students, staff, patients and attendants, with around 250 people participating.
