New Delhi, June 29 -- Housing sales across India's seven major cities declined 6 per cent year-on-year to 90,715 units during the April-June quarter of FY27, reflecting subdued buyer demand amid economic uncertainties and rising residential property prices, according to data released by real estate consultant Anarock.

The top seven housing markets included Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Delhi-NCR, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata that recorded sales of 96,285 units in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
