Hyderabad, June 23 -- The Telangana Housing Board has launched a public contest to select a name for its proposed scheme to construct one lakh flats for Low-Income Groups (LIG) in the Kure area, with a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh for the best suggestion.

Announcing the initiative, Housing Board Vice-Chairman V P Goutham said the contest would be conducted through social media until June 28. The selected name will be used for the prestigious housing project being planned by the state government under the leadership of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.
