Horde of leaders from other parties join SP

Lucknow, Oct. 26 -- Samajwadi Party on Monday received shot in its arm when several senior leaders of BSP and other parties joined in presences of National President Akhilesh Yadav.

The leaders who joined the SP include former IAS officer and BSP leader Ram Bahadur Pasi, Vinod Shakya and Kushagra Shakya from Badaun, and Ram Bahadur Pal, who was associated with the BSP, also joined the SP.

Welcoming the leaders , Akhilesh Yadav said that the Samajwadi Party follows the ideas of Kanshi Ram.

SP leaders welcomed the leaders who joined the party.This is being considered a major step in the Samajwadi Party's PDA strategy.
