Amstelveen, Aug. 23 -- The Indian men's team heads into their final Pool E match of the Hockey World Cup against Argentina tomorrow with their semifinal hopes relying on complex mathematics.

The 1-3 defeat against defending champions and hosts Netherlands left India without a point after their opening match of the second stage, putting them in a difficult position ahead of tomorrow's do-or-die clash against Argentina at the Wagener Stadium here.
