Chandigarh, July 27 -- Many elderly parents living with police personnel in the Hisar Police Lines often spent their days indoors, with limited chances to socialise. A new facility was opened here in the Police Lines residential complex, where senior citizens can spend time together in a safe and friendly setting.
After seniors asked for a shared space to sit together, Superintendent of Police Siddhant Jain responded by opening a dedicated Senior Citizens' Rest Area for police families. The new facility is located in the Police Lines residential complex.
