Panchkula, Sept. 22 -- A woman from Gohana has been arrested in connection with the case of a newborn baby found abandoned in bushes in Hisar, a police official said on Tuesday.
The accused has been identified as Geeta, wife of Bhushan, a resident of Neelam Cinema, Baroda Road, Sonipat.
According to the police official, Geeta was allegedly operating a clinic under the name Krishna Clinic on Baroda Road, Gohana, and is accused of having supplied abortion-inducing medication to the child's parents during the pregnancy.
